Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Monica oversees business operations and administration. She implements business strategies and optimizes DeltaStrac's operational capabilities, while assessing and enhancing the efficiency of processes.
Monica is an Army veteran and published senior scientist with 30+ years of executive level program management experience in Biomedical Sciences. Monica's leadership and expertise positions DeltaStrac to respond to government proposals, including comprehensive and applied knowledge of the DoD acquisition processes, within the Medical Research Materiel Command (MRMC).
